This spreadsheet shows recycling rates for 2006 - 07 for the London Borough of Croydon provided by DEFRA.  The spreadsheet also gives the recycling rate (2006/07) for all other London authorities.
The data is broken down into many categories including; dry recycling, green recycling, incineration, landfill and cost of waste per head.

Recycling rates 2006-07 (51k) 

The Excel spreadsheet gives the total C02 emissions for the London Borough of Croydon and the domestic level of C02 emissions (also shown as the percentage of the total).  The spreadsheet also allows comparisons with all other London authorities.
The data is also split into C02 by fuel source, all energy consumption by borough, and kilowatts of energy used by dwelling in each borough.

GLA energy and CO2 emissions data (62k) 

This spreadsheet from the ODPM (2005) shows the level of area of domestic buildings, non domestic buildings, roads, rail and total area for each borough in London. 

Land use by type 2005 (35k) 

The spreadsheet shows data from a GLA report (State of the Environment 2007).  The table shows the approximate percentage of each borough's built-up area that falls within Areas of Deficiency in access to nature. It does this by taking the total Area of Deficiency for that borough and dividing this by the total area of the borough less the area of green belt and Metropolitan Open Land.  It also shows the total figures for London as a whole.

Deficiency in Access to Nature 2006 (20k) 

This spreadsheet shows a summary of the number of rail, tube (including DLR) and tram stops with in Croydon, and also for all boroughs across London.  The information from TFL, updated in 2006, in addition gives the tram, tube and rail stations by borough.
