CO2 Emissions
AEA Energy and Environment spreadsheet below shows the local and regional CO2 emission estimates for 2005. The data is shown for the London Borough of Croydon, all other London boroughs and London as a whole. The spreadsheet also gives data for all other local authorities in the UK and Government Office region areas.
The second spreadsheet shows a comparison from LB Croydon, to neighbouring boroughs LB Sutton and Merton. It also gives a pie chart of CO2 emissions for LB Croydon and Sutton.
The DEFRA website, leads to the full publication of the experimental statistics of Carbon Dioxide emissions for Local Authority and Government Office Region areas for 2005.
The Government website 'Act on CO2', allows the user to calculate their own CO2 emissions and find ways to help to tackle climate change.
